For example, TechSmith Camtasia 2018 doesn't offer free-form quizzes, it won't let you embed webpages into courses, and you won't be able to create customized activities such as a "Choose Your Own Adventure" learning path. After all, there's a lot that separates it from others in the field. TechSmith Camtasia 2018 may not have all of the templates you'll find in those competing platforms, but it is still great for creating and editing video. TechSmith Camtasia 2018, on the other hand, is more focused on letting you create robust video courses. Some eLearning authoring tools are designed to let you create effective text-based courses.
