To make a spare save you can bounce back and forth from iOS device to another iOS device and it will ask you if you would like to make a spare save as long as your cloud save is different! Or you can just close the app on your iOS device and do the save file transfer right before the achievement is about to unlock. you will have to save right before you net some achievements while others will just pop if you have already popped them on your iOS device! The ones that i know for sure you have to save right before you're about to pop em are the cheev to get all of the themes crafted, the ones that requires you to do 100 missions, the raider attack one and, the complete 100 objectives cheev.
